These modules are available to you in the scope of our service contracts:<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\tTIS Premium Hardware Service<\/p>\n<p>If a device is defective or malfunctions appear, our premium hardware service is especially convenient. You send us your MDT, we check whether it is a hardware or software problem and take care of the repairs. We work closely with manufacturers to offer discounted packages and flat fee rates. Once the damage is resolved, we will send the device back to you. On average you can expect to have your fully operational device back after 5-6 days. The advantage: You do not need to worry about anything and can be confident that problems will be solved properly.<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\tAdditional option: Pool management<\/p>\n<p>This module adds to the &#8220;<u>TIS Premium Hardware Service<\/u>&#8220;: We build customer-owned equipment pool suited to your specifications. After registration of a defective device until 10:00 clock we will ship a replacement unit the same day, which will arrive within 24 hours at the latest. Exchanged devices will be checked by us, repaired if necessary, and then flow back into your equipment pool.<\/p>\n<h2>Other Services<\/h2>\n<p>Additional on demand services.<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\tData communication &#8211; full cost control and better track<\/p>\n<p>This service includes an all expenses for the communication between the mobile device\u00a0and TISLOG\u00a0server, including management of the associated <strong>SIM cards<\/strong>.<br \/>\nYou only pay a flat service fee per month. Additional costs for the SIM card do not occur.<\/p>\n<p>This does not only give you <strong>full cost control<\/strong>, but also a <strong>better track<\/strong>: You will receive only one bill for your entire fleet rather than an abundance of individual invoices per truck &#8211; a significant relief for your bookkeeping.<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\tPorting Service<\/p>\n<article>You already are a TIS customer and now upgrade to a newer generation of handhelds? This will cause quite a bit of efforts: The old devices need to be disposed of, your TISLOG\u00a0solution should run perfectly well on the new devices, and the migration must not cause failures. The convenient, cost-effective and safe solution: <strong>our porting service<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>We ensure a smooth transition and take care of all the details, from the disposal of the old devices to planning of all processes.<\/p>\n<p><u>The result<\/u>: the migration runs smoothly, the software will continue to function reliably, expensive upgrades or new software licenses are not required.<\/p>\n<\/article>\n<p>\t\t\tWLAN Measurements<\/p>\n<article>Mobile data communication in industrial warehouses rises and falls with the availability of a reliable wireless network.<br \/>\nTo ensure this, a lot of experience and expertise is required.
